Pair this salad with your choice of protein (chicken, beef, lamb…)

  • Bake sweet potatoes whole for an hour, cut in half.

  • Shallow fry in butter with hazelnuts and currants.

  • Combine Greek yoghurt, honey, garlic, lemon juice.

  • Drizzle your dressing on top.

  • Garnish with parsley.
