There are many parts of your life that provide meaning and purpose. All must be considered and tended to in order to attain health and wellbeing. There are so many areas of your life that contribute to your quality of being and to focus only on the food on your plate would be negligent of these other areas. I take a deeply integrated approach to health and carefully explore all dimensions that make up your unique life. Perhaps the perfectionism you associate with what you’re eating is creating more stress in your system than the sugar ever would have. Maybe we discover your inability to maintain your goal of meditating for 10 minutes in the morning is a self-sabotaging tactic related to your deep subconscious belief that you are not important unless you are busy/thinking/doing. The space I create is for you to discover these blocks and for me to help guide you there.

A health coach is not a healer, they are a vehicle for healing. I will never pretend to be a Doctor, Naturopath, Nutritionist or Psychologist. That is not my role. I do not prescribe or diagnose. I am here to listen.

My role is to hold the space for you to improve your relationship with yourself and start taking care of YOU as a result. I work on gently guiding you towards what you ACTUALLY want, to create the life you desire and deserve.

As we work through all the pillars of holistic health, I will help you incorporate new habits and lifestyle changes that support your vision.

Although at IIN we are trained in Integrative Nutrition, Health Coaching is extremely holistic. Multidimensionality is a pillar in my training. Only a small fraction of what I focus on is food. Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Health are of equal importance.
