Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1-2 scoops protein powder

  • 3 tbs Almond meal or buckwheat flower

  • 1 egg

  • Pinch cinnamon 

Tahini caramel sauce. 

  • 1tbs tahini 

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup 

  • Few drops of water if necessary

Method:

Combine all ingredients for the pancake and stir. If it’s too runny add a bit more almond flour/buckwheat flour. If it’s too thick add some almond milk, water or another egg. I play and just get the consistency right. 

Cook like normal pancakes and then combine ingredients for the sauce.

Toppings of choice: berries, fruit, yogurt… whatever your heart desires
