Rice Paper Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Shaved cucumber πŸ₯’ 

  • Shaved carrot πŸ₯• 

  • Pickled onion πŸ§… 

  • Lettuce & Kale πŸ₯¬ 

  • Avocado πŸ₯‘ 

  • Slow cooked beef πŸ₯©(recipe in this weeks newsletter, link in bio) 

  • Rice paper 🍚 

  • Sesame seeds ✨

Sauce:

  • 1/2 tbs tahini ✨

  • 1/2 tbs peanut butter πŸ₯œ 

  • 2 tbs tamari ✨

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey 🍯 

  • 1 tsp of grated ginger 🫚 

Method: 

1. Chop and prepare all the ingredients.

2. Wet rice paper under tap (yep I’m fast and loose) both sides. Shake off gently without snapping.

3. Add all ingredients to the centre of the rice paper.

4. Don’t overload (like I did) or it will be very tricky to roll. 

5. Fold bottom, top and then tuck one side over and tightly roll. This just takes practice, I’ll be honest.

6. Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a small dish.
